Sweepstakes Rules

OFFICIAL BRISTOL WINDOWS SWEEPSTAKES RULES

1. Entry: Entries must be submitted by April 30, 2013.

2. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Bristol Windows during the month of June, 2013. All decisions relating to the sweepstakes are Rescom’s and are final.

3. Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail or telephone. Limit one prize per homeowner. Prizes are non-transferable and substitutions are not permitted.

4. In the event a winner has purchased a Bristol product that is all or part of their prize between May 1, 2012 and April 30, 2013, that prize winner may elect to receive the retail value of the product won in lieu of that prize (excluding installation costs). Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the individual winners. Winners may be asked to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected or late entries.

5. Prizes: (A) Grand Prize: Up to $10,000.00 in Bristol replacement windows including installation; (B) First Prize (two awarded): Rescom Bay or Bow window including installation; (C) Second Prize (three awarded): Traditional or Classic Style Replacement door, including installation ; Third Prize (seventy-five awarded): Upgrade to triple glass at double glass price. All prizes include applicable installation charges.

6. Eligibility:  No purchase or in-home presentation necessary. Sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States within Rescom’s sales area. Persons must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and a home owner. Open to residents of Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island only. Employees and their families of Rescom Exteriors, Inc., or Bristol Windows, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and their families are not eligible. Entry must be submitted by midnight April 30, 2013.

7. Offer is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
